Fixed Knot Rolls, Fixed Knot Posts, and Deer Guards Not Eligible For Free Shipping*

¹Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's and Foreign Orders Will Have Additional Shipping and/or Handling Charges Quoted and Added to Their Order. Customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Some products cannot be shipped outside the US. 

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days you will be notified by email as to the expected shipping date.

Electric Fence Company uses USPS for small orders and Fed-Ex for medium-sized to large-sized orders. Below is the tracking map to help customers track packages using Fed-Ex. 

This map is based on products coming out of our PA warehouse (Zip code: 17268).

Larger orders are sent via freight carrier. These orders will require someone over 18 to sign for and unload the order from the truck. Freight shipments cannot be delivered without a signature. Be sure to check your shipment for any missing parts or damage before accepting delivery. Note any discrepancies regarding your order on the Bill of Lading when signing for the shipment.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used or opened items cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 10% restocking fee will also be added to all returns.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of our receipt of the return. 

Please contact us at 888-422-3337 for an RMA number prior to return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
